evaluation covers three core dimensions:
Service System: Foundational capabilities including organizational structure, staffing, resource allocation, process design, and management supervision related to after-sales service;
Commodity-Specific Services: Offerings centered on the commodity itself, such as delivery, installation, commissioning, usage training, maintenance, returns/exchanges, and quality assurance;
Customer Service: Effectiveness of communication channels, service response speed, complaint handling, customer relationship management, and satisfaction monitoring.
As an authoritative national certification, it serves as a benchmark for measuring an enterprise’s after-sales service level. It is applicable for internal self-evaluation, external assessments (including those by third-party institutions), and provides a framework for enterprises to establish and optimize their after-sales service systems.

System Construction & Improvement: Assist enterprises in establishing or optimizing after-sales service systems in compliance with GB/T 27922 standards.
Certification Audit & Rating: Conduct document reviews and on-site evaluations of service performance, and award star ratings based on standardized scoring criteria.
Supporting Training: Provide training for After-Sales Service Managers to help personnel understand the standard and enhance service management capabilities.
Continuous Supervision & Re-Certification: The certification is valid for 3 years, with annual surveillance audits conducted by the certification body to ensure sustained service quality and continuous improvement.
